MY VIEWS ON ALL SORTS OF THINGS This is bound to offend somebody, some people only have to get out of bed and they feel offended. |

These are just my opinions, some of you will agree
many will disagree, which is what make chat shows so successful, you can
pick any subject and there will be several different opinions. I have
strong opinions on many subjects and my intention is not to start an
argument although a expect I will get some abusive emails from this.
However I really don't care, people are entitled to their opinions. If
you haven't got anything better to do and find the need to send abusive
emails that's up to you, they will probably go straight in the recycle
bin. FASHION Sorry but I am not a sheep, what is fashion all about. If I see something I like I buy it regardless as to whether it is supposed to be in fashion. Why do we need to be told what you can and cant wear this year or this summer. How can they say Blue for example is in this year, It is more likely they have a mountain of blue cloth they cant get rid of so by telling us blue is in this year everybody goes out and buys it. Why do we need to pay over the odds to get a label that you probably cant see anyway, I earn good money in what I do but still cant see the point in wearing designer gear. It is just one big rip off for all you sheep.
FOOTBALL Maybe its because I am from Wales and a Rugby fan, but I am afraid football does nothing for me at all, Rugby Gaelic football, Australian football are much more exiting. Why do people need to get so violent over it, its a game your team lost one, big deal get over it and look forward to the next game. If a team won everything there would be no point in playing the game. Football is all about which club has the most money and are able to buy the best players which are also over rated and over paid. In Ireland which is where I have now moved to get out of the UK they are very passionate about their sport and their teams, but they don't have the need to beat each other up or go round trashing things because their team lost. They even drink together before and after the game, no throwing the dummy out of the pram over here. How can the team names have the county or city name in them when most of the team probably don't come from the same country never mind being local players.
POLITICS I have no time for Politics especially British politics, I used to be conservative but they are all as bad as each other. How can you vote for somebody whose main objective is how they can get the majority of the population to vote for them. They don't seem to give a stuff about running the country, its always a case of the best way to rubbish the opposition, Spin doctors, coming up with a policy that will win votes without actually putting it in to practice. They are all a bunch of Muppets, they only one I have any respect for is Killroy at least he says what everybody else is thinking.I know several nurses and teachers and from what they say no wonder everything is going down the pan. If they were left to do the job they are trained to do instead of having to fill in loads of useless paperwork things would work a lot better, they managed to do it before. Drugs should be made legal, if people are stupid enough to take them, let them get on with it. If drugs were available on the high street, drug gangs would disappear overnight. If Tax was reduced on Cigarettes and Alcohol, people would need to go abroad for it or smuggle it in, more would be sold in the UK
RELIGION I am not a religious person I have my own beliefs which I may go into some time. All religions as I can see are supposed be be peaceful and insist that possessions money etc is not important, its all about leading a good life being kind to others not needing any possessions to be able to go on to the next life. So why don't any of them actually fit into these descriptions, If money and possessions aren't important then why have they got so much if it. Why do people need to kill people that don't follow their religion, If they are so convinced that THEIR religion is the only true religion and the only one that will take people into the next life, what are they so worried about. Surely if they are right they will have the last laugh and should just carry on believing what they do and leave everybody else alone.
FILM CRITICS What an an excuse for a job. Who takes any notice of these people and why. Surely we are capable of making our own decisions on whether a film is any good or not. I have never read a film review in my life. If I fancy a film I go and watch it, then I make the decision on whether I enjoyed it or not. Its only their opinion which they are entitled to but how can they get paid for it. I guess this is another one for the sheep, they cant make there own minds up so have to be told what films to go and see.
HUMAN RIGHTS BRIGADE These guys really haven't got anything better to do. Thanks to these guys victims are now the ones without any rights. We are not allowed to defend ourselves or our property otherwise we risk breaking the law. Prison has become a holiday camp for criminals, a friend of mine who used to work in probation saw people committing minor offences coming up to Christmas so they could get a free Christmas lunch and the same people did it each year. Prison is meant to be a punishment, what happened to the saying "if you cant do the time don't do the crime" it doesn't seem to mean anything anymore. Cant people see this approach doesn't work. Young offenders know the law cannot touch them so why should they stop. Criminals know if they get caught by the police they will be sent to a holiday camp for a while. Criminals also do their victims cant do anything about it. Children in school know they can do what they want without any punishment, if there is any punishment such as detention they don't have to go. Surely all of this is a bit nuts.
ID CARDS What is the problem here, only people with something to hide are against ID cards. Do people think they are invisible to the authorities at the moment. As soon as you are born you are in the system and throughout your life your information is stored in lots of places. Birth certificate, Driving licence, Bank account, Credit card, Video club membership, national insurance number, tax office etc what difference is an ID card going to make. Most people probably carry a form of ID with them anyway. I have several related to my job such as a security card. Driving licence even a credit car is a form of ID.
DRIVING I used to enjoy driving, but these days you spend so much time in traffic jams and there are so many bad drivers on the road, how can you enjoy it. Why do people use fog lights in the rain, there is a clue in the name. Why do people drive In the middle lane of the motorway when there is nothing in the nearside lane, this results in either having to break the law and over take on the inside or attempt to get into the fast lane to pass a vehicle that shouldn't even be there. If people drove properly this would actually cut down on some of the jams and a lot of the accidents.
SOLICITORS Solicitors drive me mad, they charge you a fortune for doing nothing. Why do they take so long when buying or selling houses. They are a bit like wheelbarrows, all the time you are pushing them they slowly get thing done, as soon as you stop they stop and would be in the same place you left them a week later.
GENERAL I am an easy going person and believe in live and let live. I am not racist and I am not sexist, but as soon as you say you are fed up with immigrants pouring into the UK you are classed as racist. I do have a problem with Scroungers and wasters, It has nothing to do with the colour of skin, religion or what football team they support. If immigrants were coming over and working and paying their way I haven't got a problem with that. But why should people like me have to work their back sides off and get taxed here there and everywhere else so it can be handed out to people who cant get off their backside. I have many multi cultural friends and the racist thing I think is brought on by themselves to a point, yes you do get some racist nutters but this is exaggerated by being made into an item. I am Welsh and get called various names mostly its not intended to be nasty, but its the people doing the name calling that have a problem, its like water off a ducks back to me. So why do we need people and organisations standing up for Blacks rights, we have all got the same rights haven't we, so its these organisations that are causing or exaggerating the problem. What if somebody came up with a whites rights group, there would be complete chaos and uproar. If we didn't distinguish between skin colour there wouldn't be such a problem. I have moved to Ireland and now have to fit in with the Irish Culture, I cant go to the schools and the authorities saying I am Welsh I expect you to teach my children Welsh in schools I am living in their country and have to follow their laws and culture. I don't feel intimidated when I go abroad and they are flying their national flag, by going to Ireland what other flag would I expect to see. So why in the UK do they do stupid things like banning the union jack, are they that ashamed of the country. Why was the nursery rhyme Bah Bah Black sheep banned, its about a bloody Sheep, it has nothing to do with skin colour.
